Therapist Terms and Conditions 

I understand ‘My Pamper Party’ primary goal is to provide a low cost solution for therapists gaining extra work and matching client enquiries with professional qualified practitioners.

I agree that ‘My Pamper Party’ will assign work for me on a self-employed basis and make no guarantee of the amount of work or income I will receive from me submitting my details to the worldwide client service referral network database.

I agree that I have completed the worldwide client service referral network form honestly and not withhold any information. 

I understand and agree that ‘My Pamper Party’ are not accountable in any way for my actions or any third party claims against me including therapies and / or services rendered or advice given to clients / general public. I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform ‘My Pamper Party’ of any change in my details submitted as soon as possible. I also agree that to be given an assignment It is my responsibility to make sure that I have valid insurance cover and a valid state / city license to practice (US and other licensed countries) and abide by the governing law of the country I reside and practice in respect of my therapies / services offered.

Freelance Assignment (Bookings taken through www.MyPamperParty.net )

Registered therapists are contacted via email or phone for availability and at this stage will be included brief details of the assignment including hourly rate of freelance pay. On expectance of the assignment will then be sent an assignment confirmation letter 7 days prior to the assignment date via email including full details of the assignment, schedule of treatments/services and confirmation of freelance pay. Payment is made on completion of the assignment within 7 working days by bank transfer / company cheque.   I agree that it is my responsibility to deal with all income tax affairs for payment received for freelance assignments.

Lead Referral (Give leads to follow up on your own)

Therapists are charged a small percentage (10%) of earnings. A lead referral fee will become due from individual practitioners by donation after the lead referral assignment is completed. This works on an honour system and I agree to complete a feedback form including details of therapy / services and monies earned from the given assignment within 48 hours.

 

Terms and conditions maybe amended at any time and you will receive notification by email of any changes that deemed necessary.
